I enjoyed the training course and learned more than I expected given that I’ve been using OfficeScan for over 10 years.
The best bit for me was gaining a better understanding of how OfficeScan is just one part of the Trend Micro security architecture and how a more all-encompassing security solution can be achieved by combining it with the Smart Protection Network, Control Manager and Deep Discovery, for example.
I think the course might be improved by having more hands-on labs and upping the pace of the course a little to fit it into two days rather than three.
Overall though I thought it was very beneficial and would definitely recommend it to others.
