Myself and Ryan Bond found the course extremely helpful. Prior to attending the course we had limited knowledge regarding OfficeScan, however, we came away from the course with a good and firm understanding of the core processes, and functionalities which OfficeScan has to offer.
Additionally, as the course stepped outside the scope of OfficeScan slightly (in a good way) we gained a great understanding of how such elements, like the Trend Micro Control Manager and potentially Deep Security could be a great asset to us from a support point of view.
